What is my Username/Account name?

Your username/account name is your full Email address. (Note this may be different to what you are used to - with many systems the username may just be the first part of the address, but here you must enter the full Email address)

Imagine your domain name is www.mydomain.co.uk
and your Email address is info@mydomain.co.uk

You would enter the following information:

Incoming Mail (POP3): mail.mydomain.co.uk
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.mydomain.co.uk
Username/Account Name: info@mydomain.co.uk
Password: (your password)
