Upgrade from Single or Multi-domain hosting to Reseller account.

Upgrading to a Reseller Account:

Reseller hosting allows you to manage multiple independent hosting packages (cPanel accounts) within a single Reseller management console (WHM). Your total account resources (Disk Space and Bandwidth) can be shared out among your sub accounts, and you can allow clients secure access to their own sites cPanel accounts to manage their own Website and Mail services while maintaining overall control through WHM (Web host Manager).

You can upgrade your hosting package at any time in your My Nativespace area (http://my.nativespace.com)

All upgrade payments are pro-rata, worked out as the difference between the old package and the new package price to the nearest day, so you only pay for exactly what you use.

To upgrade, click My Hosting Packages --> View Details (the small icon to the right of your Hosting package details) --> Upgrade/Downgrade Package and follow the instructions to complete payment.

When you complete the upgrade order, your package will be converted to a Reseller package with no downtime or disruption to your sites, the upgrade is instant and seamless.

Once upgraded, your existing hosting package will become the first cPanel account in your reseller package. You can then log into WHM with the same credentials that you used to log into your cPanel account, Using the URL: http://yourdomain.com/WHM (instead of http://yourdomain.com/cpanel)

Once logged into WHM, you can view and manage all your account settings, DNS and access cPanel controls for all of your sub accounts directly. You can create new hosting packages (pre-defined sets of resources) and create new cPanel accounts for sites with the Packages you define. Full documentation for WHM can be found here:

If you have several hosting packages and would like to merge them into a single Reseller account, please contact support@nativespace.com first, we will be able to merge your hosting packages under a primary re-seller account with minimal disruption although this may involve migrating accounts between servers so that they are all housed in one place.
