We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and provide 24/7 hosting technical support through our support desk.

All support tickets will be answered within 60 minutes, although this is a maximum and we usually respond much more quickly (in fact our average response time is less than 30 minutes).

We never give template responses, as we do not employ ‘Tier 1’ support staff. All tickets go directly to one of our experienced technicians who have direct server access, allowing them to find out what the problem is and resolve it as quickly as is possible. No token gestures, no delaying tactics – just high end and immediate frustration-free technical support.

All of our staff are educated to degree standard or above, and are employed not only on the basis of their technical ability but also their communication and problem solving skills. We have grown year-on-year for over 10 years and the majority of our new customers sign up on the basis of an unprompted recommendation from an existing customer.
