How do I upgrade my Hosting package?

Upgrades:

You can upgrade your hosting package at any time in your My Nativespace area (https://www.nativespace.com/clients)

All upgrade payments are pro-rata, worked out as the difference between the old package and the new package price to the nearest day, so you only pay for exactly what you use.

To upgrade:

1. From the client area, choose services

2. From the product details page, click Upgrade/Downgrade on the left menu

3. Follow the instructions to complete payment.

When you complete the upgrade order, your package limits will be increased to match the new hosting package with no downtime or disruption to your sites, the upgrade is instant and seamless.

Calculation

Upgrades / Downgrades are calculated as following:

Old Product/Service
Price Per Day * Number of days until next due date = Amount Credited

New Product/Service
Price Per Day * Number of days until next due date = Amount Debited

Total Payable Today = Amount Debited - Amount Credited
